What do you need?
I rent the home out
Two planned AC services a year, plus the work that keeps the home ready between stays. GV Rentals runs the rental. GV Fix does the work.

Two visits a year.
October–November, and February–March.
We check how the system runs, clean what we can reach, and send you a short note. This is not a one-off wash. Gas is quoted separately.
We look at the system on a visit, then we quote. The price depends on the number of units and the access.

Included: filters, drains, coils, the outdoor unit where we can reach it, a test in cool and heat, and a short note to the owner.
Not included: gas, parts, repairs, full duct brushing, and cranes.

Managing director. The person the owner speaks to, and the one responsible for the job.
Kristoffer
Commercial engineer and project leader. He sets the scope and the price, plans the order of work, and follows the job until it is finished.
Konrad
Master carpenter. Floors, wardrobes, doors, woodwork, mounting and paint. The same man stays on the job, so the finish matches.
AC, gas, plumbing and electrical work are done with specialist partners.
